Overhead Door in order to deliver the best of the best to our community. These doors are built to last and provide reliable functionality over the years! We have many options ranging from traditional raised panel to fancy carriage house styles, many classic colors as well as stunning faux wood finishes! Insulation and Construction Types

Read about our non-insulated and insulated construction types below! Models will vary with which type is available.

1 Layer Non-Insulated Garage Door

Non-insulated

Our most budget-friendly option, the non-insulated garage door delivers curb appeal and while not compromising on durability. Built from tough, premium-grade steel, it features a single-layer design with a hollow back. While this door meets the needs for many people, it does not offer temperature control and will not have the added durability of the multiple layers of the other models. This door is available in a wide variety of designs such as traditional raised panel and the basic carriage house doors. It also comes in many colors and window options.

2-Layer Insulated Garage Door

Insulated: 2 Layer, Polystyrene, Vinyl Back

Our mid-tier insulated option, this door features a two-layer construction type. It consists of a steel exterior, premium polystyrene insulation on the inside, and a protective vinyl back. With its added layer, this model offers greater strength than the non-insulated door, though its thermal performance is lower than that of our three-layer insulated designs. This door also comes in many styles, colors, and window options.

3 Layer Insulated Garage Door

Insulated: 3 Layer, Polystyrene, Steel Back (Most Popular!)

The 3 layer, polystyrene insulated door is our most preferred door and our best seller! Its robust "sandwich" construction features a durable steel front, high-quality polystyrene insulation on the interior, and a solid steel back layer. This 3 layer construcion gives the door quite a bit more durability than the previous two models. This type also provides more than enough thermal protection for the majority of homes and comes in many designs and colors!

Insulated: 3 Layer, Polyurethane, Steel Back (Highest Insulation Factor!)

If you are looking to take it to the next level with insulation, the polyurethane (vs polystyrene) insulated door is the cream of the crop! This door has the durability of the 3 layer and an extremely high insulation factor. This door is perfect for those that have converted the garage into a room or use the garage as a workshop, gym, or something else and desire to keep it very temperature controlled. To get the full benefit of this door’s exceptional insulation factor, it is important to ensure the rest of the garage structure is also well-insulated. Reach out for more details on makes and models that it is available in!

Considering a New Opener as Well?

Not sure if you should purchase a new automatic opener with your new garage door? We are here to help you weigh your options! If your current opener is working well and you’d prefer to keep it, we can easily reconnect it to your new door.

Below are some reasons you may opt to purchase a new opener:

  • Size & Weight Upgrades: If your new door is significantly larger or heavier, you may prefer a more powerful motor to handle the increased load such as a DC motor or a ¾ HP motor.

  • End of Life-Cycle: If your current unit is near the end of its lifecycle or running into costly repairs

  • Advanced Technology and Safety: If you are looking to upgrade due to more advanced safety or technological features such as control from your smart device, battery backup, LED lighting, in garage delivery (Amazon Key), programming car buttons (HomeLink), two-way camera, rolling code technology, and more!

  • Noise Reduction: If you are looking to quiet down your system, a belt drive opener may be just the fix!

  • No Existing Opener: if you do not currently have an automatic opener at all
